Tracking specific network call from a website

I have Adobe analytics implemented on a website and every time user does some activity(page load, button click, signIn, signUp, etc) Adobe network call is made to record that event for analytics purposes. I want to inject a different javascript code on the website which will capture the request parameters being sent in every Adobe network call for a different use case. is this doable? How can I do this?
