Search results: Number display of ALL in wordpress php

If the search results are all, 'ALL' is displayed without numbers. If there are 3 search results, '3' is displayed. How can I make sure that all search results are marked with 'ALL(number)'? e.g.) ALL -> ALL(23)

$('#nexusProductList').html('');  $('#nexusProductLoading').show();  $.get('', data,  function(res) {      // console.log(res);      $('#nexusProductLoading').hide();      var total_count = $(res).attr('data-total-count') || 0;      if (params && params.length > 0) {          $('.result-count').html((total_count == 0 ? 'THERE ARE NO' : total_count));      } else $('.result-count').html('ALL');      $(res).appendTo('#nexusProductList');  });
